MU-JGU BRIDGE Program Information Sessions

We are pleased to announce two information sessions on the 2nd MU–JGU BRIDGE Project: Building Resilience, Intercultural Dialogue, and Global Engagement, which will run from January 18–27, 2027. Please attend if your are interested in traveling to India. Updated details will be provided at these sessions. 

Dates: Tuesday, September 15 and Thursday, September 17

Time:  12:50–13:15

Where: 1-404

Students interested in learning more about the program are encouraged to attend one of these sessions.

During the information sessions, we will explain the details of the program, including the schedule, program activities, application process, and estimated cost. We hope to take up to 10 students to India in January.

This year's BRIDGE Project will again be hosted in cooperation with JGU in India. Program highlights will include opportunities to connect with local students, attend special lectures, participate in language learning activities, and join field trips to Jaipur and Agra.

学生の皆さん

BRIDGEプログラム（インド・2027年1月実施）の出願締切が、再度延長され、明日10月1４日（水）午後5時までとなりましたのでお知らせします。このプログラムに関心がある方は、ぜひ締切までにご出願ください。

経費補助についても、現状をお伝えしておきます。マスハード先生とホロウェルは、参加する学生ができるだけ高い額の補助を受けられるように取り組んでいます。現時点で約束できることはありませんが、最初の申込金の支払期限前までに、実際の補助額をお伝えできるようにすることを目標にしています。

Dear Students,

We are writing to let you know that the application deadline for the BRIDGE Program (India, January 2027) has been extended again, to 5:00 p.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, October 14. If you are interested in this program, we strongly encourage you to submit your application before the deadline.

We would also like to share where things stand on the financial support. We (Professor Masshardt and Professor Hollowell) are working to ensure that participating students can receive the maximum stipend possible. We cannot make any promises at this point, but it is our goal to be able to inform you of the actual stipend amount before the first required deposit is due.
